3. Account Registration and Security

Each individual may hold only one nd888 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein. nd888 employs identity verification procedures to detect and prevent duplicate account registrations.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nd888 login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any other person. nd888 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login details secure. Any deposit made from a third-party payment source will be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the nd888 platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. 9. Limitation of Liability

Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, or events outside nd888's reasonable control (including but not limited to power outages, internet service disruptions, or force majeure events) may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features. nd888 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of platform downtime or unavailability.

10. Amendments and Governing Law

nd888 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be effective immediately upon publication on this page. nd888 may, at its discretion, notify registered players of material changes via the contact details held on their account; however, it remains your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. If you do not accept an amendment, your sole remedy is to close your account and cease using nd888.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement between you and nd888 will be submitted to binding arbitration.
